Sheba “Shey” Daniel completed her graduate work in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2011. Shey specializes in working with young adults through the transitions and traumas of life, as well as in pre-marital counseling. She is an advocate for holistic wellbeing and a proponent of corrective emotional experiences through attachment repair. Sessions incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Shey is an IFS-informed therapist, encouraging individuals to explore parts of themselves that are contributing to the areas they feel “stuck.”

Shey has experience working with foster care children, as well as adolescents and their families who have undergone various forms of trauma and/or maintain difficulty holding secure attachments.

Recently, Shey devoted 3 years to serving a low-resource community overseas to provide education and mental health services for an under-served population. Shey enjoys SLR photography, organizing her living space, and dining out!

Shey is working under the supervision of Dr. Ganey as she completes the 3000 hours of supervised clinical work to obtain her license as professional counselor.  Shey is on-track to complete her LPC in the fall of 2023.
